Fundraising is sought through We Give Two Hoots to deliver the Advancing Nambucca Youth project.
The project will engage young people in the development and maintenance of a sustainable food garden at the Nambucca Youthie.
Managed by a skilled youth worker, the project will make nutritious food available to young people one afternoon per week.
The youth worker will also be available to support and assist young people with health and wellbeing issues.
Project Goal:
$5,000 is sought from fundraising through We Give Two Hoots.
Project Outcomes:
- Develop skills and confidence as part of a team with other young people
- Free nutritious food for young people
- Links young people with a skilled youth worker to assist with health and wellbeing needs
